Summary

A non-lubricated multicylinder reciprocating compressor for a micro-gas turbine has been developed. This newly developed compressor has high efficiency and durability in comparison with conventional non-lubricated compressors. For the performance improvement, it has been tried to optimize the gas flow in the valve parts and to raise suction pressure. In order to raise suction pressure, the double acting mechanism in which two compression rooms were established was developed. The fuel gas compressor system configuration is taking safety into consideration enough in order to treat inflammable gas. Moreover, the cooling method of the compressor rationalized the low course of the cooling wind.
