Summary
The authors present the fundamentals, structure and design procedure of an air conditioning system, the experiment carried out on an actual unit, the comparison of it with that without ice storage in aspects of cooling capacities, refrigeration efficiencies and super cooling degrees; they make an economic evaluation for a residential layout and predict the perspectives for its applications.
