Summary

For quality preservation of prepared products, semi-prepared foods and different materials, especially hygroscopic ones, the predetermined levels of relative humidity have to be maintained in storage rooms. For this purpose, air dehumidifiers based on refrigeration machines are commonly used. At OKB SKHM "Tekhnoton" air driers for air dehumidification in the temperature range 5-32 °C and humidity 40-100% have been developed and commercially produced.
