Summary

THE AUTHORS DEVELOPED A FORMULA FOR THE CALCULATION OF DENSITY BY MEASURING LNG TEMPERATURE AND THE DIELECTRIC CONSTANT. THEY MANUFACTURED A DENSIMETER TO BE INSERTED IN THE PIPELINE IN ORDER TO CHECK THIS MEASURING PRINCIPLE. BY APPLYING THE SAME PRINCIPLE TO THE LEVELMETER OF THE CAPACITANCE TYPE, THEY DEVELOPED A DENSIMETER-LEVELMETER, WITH WHICH THEY OBTAINED VERY ACCURATE AND CONSISTENT RESULTS.
