THE PHASING-OUT OF R12 DUE TO INTERNATIONAL REGULATIONS HAS MADE IT NECESSARY TO DEVELOP HERMETIC COMPRESSORS WHICH CAN FUNCTION WITH THE PREFERRED ALTERNATIVE R134A FOR DOMESTIC REFRIGERATION.
