Development of HFC134a compressor for domestic refrigerator.
Author(s) : IWAHASHI I., KOMATSUBARA T., KAWAKAMI H.
Summary
The authors developed a new reciprocating compressor series for R134a, and began production of household refrigerators. The paper presents problems which were overcome, including the covering loss in refrigeration capacity, and how to achieve suitable reliability with new refrigeration oil in R134a applications.
