Summary
The authors planned and realized the district cooling and heating facilities with a heat pump that utilizes river heat. An air-conditioning system that is capable of meeting changing needs in the future was developed for the office zone. The authors considered the most important safety factor, smoke control, and proposed the most reliable pressurized exhaust system.
