Dynamic characteristics of an absorption heat transformer with trifluoroethanol-pyrrolidone as the working pair.

Summary

An absorption heat transformer test plant with the working pair trifluorothanol-pyrrolidone has been designed and built. The experimental measurements of the performance characteristics of the test plant are carried on, not only the steady-state behaviour, but also the dynamic behaviour is studied. The paper deals with the dynamic modelling and simulation. A general agreement between the simulation results and the measuring results has been shown. The dynamic simulation model is further used for the optimization of the control strategy.
