Economic efficiency of rotary heat regenerator operation.

Summary

In this article, the mathematical model for determining the economy in the case of investment into a rotary heat exchanger for ventilating systems is presented. The dynamic economic method, which considers discount degree and inflation rate, was used for economy calculations. This procedure enables relatively precise calculations of a operation of rotary heat regenerator. Data for heat saving calculations in regenerative systems have been derived from the cuwe of the sum of days with average daily temperature for the last ten years. From this curve, it is possible to find out how much heat can be saved in specific time and specific climatic area.
