Summary

THE CONDITIONS AND THE RESULTS OF A STUDY, THE PURPOSE OF WHICH IS ESTIMATING TO WHICH EXTENT THE STORAGE LIFE OF BROILERS CAN BE IMPROVED WITH AN ACID AND SORBATE ARE DESCRIBED. THE RESULTS SHOW THAT THE BROILERS COULD BE STORED 4 DAYS AT 283 K (10 DEG C) AND 13 DAYS AT 275 K (2 DEG C) FOR THOSE TREATED WITH ACID.
