KINETIC EQUATION WITH THE COLLISION TERM YIELDING PARTICLE CONSERVATION LAW IS DERIVED FOR ELECTRON SINGLE-PARTICLE DENSITY MATRIX OF A CLEAN SUPERCONDUCTOR. THIS EQUATION IS USED TO INVESTIGATE THE EFFECT OF COLLISIONS ON THE ENERGY GAP RELAXATION IN SUPERCONDUCTORS.
