Summary

Both the form of fertilizer and the application method affected the changes in ascorbic acid, total phenol, and thiocyanate content during long-term storage in conventional cold chambers. There was an increase in ascorbic acid level in stored cabbages treated with ammonium nitrate by the broadcast technique, as well as with urea applied by broadcasting and placement.
