Summary
Litchi cv. Bombai fruits were harvested after 61 days and packed in LDPE bags containing Celite-KMnO4 or silica-gel KMnO4 to determine the efficiency of ethylene absorbents on the storage life of litchi. Fruits packed in bags with Celite KMnO4 recorded better results than those stored in bags containing silica-gel KMnO4.
