Summary
The paper presents the results of several storage tests, at 22,8-25,2 °C (70-80 RH) or at 13 plus or minus 1 °C (85-90% RH), performed without or with several kinds of packaging material. Low temperature delays ripening and packaging decreases weight losses. There is no change in chemical composition.
