Effect of storage on thermal performance of a building.
Author(s) : SODHA M. S., et al.
Type of article: Article
Summary
Describes an analysis of the effect of thermal storage on the thermal performance of a non-air conditioned room 6 x 4 x 2.7 m. Finds that the presence of thermal storage decreases the swing in room temperature and that the increased surface area is more effective in reducing the temperature swing than large thermal capacity of the storage material.
