Summary

The products transportation type freezer used in the food processing is abundant. It tends to become long from demand from today's "Food" more and more at the operating time. 24 hour operation generalizes, and the line that operates continuously for one week has become not rare, too. In this report, the problem is explained as are measures in operation from the viewpoint of frost for a long time, and the efficiency improvement of defrosting is considered for a freezer based on such a current state.
