THE AUTHORS DESCRIBE A HUMIDIFICATION SYSTEM FOR OBTAINING 100% AIR HUMIDITY IN COLD ROOMS FOR BULK FROZEN FOODS. THE MANUFACTURE PROCESS OF THE HUMIDIFICATION SYSTEM IS PRESENTED AND ITS OPERATING PRINCIPLE IS SHOWN. FIELD TESTS SHOWED THERE IS A MARKED DECREASE IN SHRINKAGE LOSS.
