TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT IN COLD STORES FOR AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS WAS MAINLY CARRIED OUT WITH MECHANICAL TYPE THERMOMETERS. ELECTRONIC MEASURING EQUIPMENT HAS SEVERAL ADVANTAGES, HOWEVER, THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF SENSOR INFLUENCE THE OVERALL ACCURACY OF SYSTEMS.
