Summary
The location on the island of Krk has been chosen for an urban and architectural study of a four villa complex designed for tourists in the upmarket bracket. The architectural type of an urban villa is a functional and shape-based model of the hotel villa with flexible apartment space. Architectural efficiency in additional energy supply is achieved with well known and tested passive sun elements and active heat and photoelectric converters.
