Summary
Analyses the distribution characteristics of the energy consumption except heating data per unit area of the 373 large-scale office buildings in Beijing. Analyses and compares these data adopting the methods of arithmetic mean value. weighted average. median value. and robust average value respectively. The results show that the robust average value method is more accurate. With this method. obtains that the energy consumption except heating data per unit area of large-scale office buildings in Beijing in 2009 is 24.04 kg/ (m2 • a). Verifies the sample building number.
