Summary
This article analyses some major problems encountered in the application of district cooling systems and discusses the energy efficiency of district cooling systems and the main factors influencing efficiency. It puts forward that the capacity of district cooling systems should be considered a guarantee in order to enhance the energy efficiency of the systems and improve operating conditions.
