THE PURPOSE OF THIS ARTICLE IS TO GIVE A NUMERICAL EXAMPLE OF THE BENEFIT WHICH CAN BE OBTAINED WHEN THE 308K (35 DEGC) ENTERING AND 302.4K (29.4 DEGC) CONTROLLED LEAVING TEMPERATURES ARE RE-ADJUSTED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE LOAD THAT COOLING TOWERS ARE ABLE TO HANDLE AT LOWER WET BULB TEMPERATURES.
