Summary
This information booklet is supported by the World Bank within the scope of its project on protection of ozone layer and by the Ministry of environment of the Czech Republic. It explains some contemporary problems especially with respect to the protection of ozone layer. The attention is therefore given to Montreal Protocol and its amendments, to new types of refrigerants, to their properties and to their compatibility with oils, to leak detection and to retrofit method.
