Eutectic spheres for thermal storage.
Des nodules eutectiques pour accumuler le froid.
Author(s) : LEGER L.
Type of article: Article
Summary
By its nature, the use of ice banks does not allow cold to be stored at temperatures below O deg C, which excludes operating temperatures below about 5 deg C. This limitation does not exist with eutectic spheres which can be used to store cold between 0 and -20 deg C.
