EVAPORATION OF R12 IN A HORIZONTAL TUBE UNDER THE REFRIGERATION CONDITION.

Author(s) : ZHOU X., et al.

Summary

THE PAPER DEALS WITH THE PROCESS OF R12 FORCED CONVECTIVE BOILING IN A HORIZONTAL EVAPORATIVE TUBE UNDER REFRIGERATION CONDITION. THE AUTHORS HAVE OBSERVED THE TWO-PHASE FLOW STRUCTURE OF R12 IN A GLASS TUBE COATED WITH METAL FILM, AND ANALYSED THE EFFECTS OF FLOW RATE AND HEAT FLUX ON THE TWO-PHASE FLOW PARAMETERS. TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE DISTRIBUTIONS ALONG THE TESTED TUBE HAVE BEEN MEASURED. THE RESULTS OF CALCULATION WILL BE USEFUL TO THE DESIGN OF EVAPORATORS AND THE SIMULATION OF REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS.
