Evaporation systems elements providing intensification of heat exchange in refrigeration units research.

Summary
The construction of refrigeration machine and unit vaporizer heat-exchange elements, which reduce the system capacity as to refrigerant by 65.80% is proposed. Calculation researches of refrigerant boiling flow heat emission circular spiral channel on the developed method are conducted and estimated heat industrial parameters of the refrigeration system during heat exchange intensification at boiling are determined. The experimental setting for the boiling processes study in the circular spiral channel is created. Verification of the obtained calculation parameters is conducted on the experimental setting, plugging in the developed evaporation elements, in accordance with the research method.
