Exemple de conception d'une salle propre.
Type of article: Article
Summary
A factory for manufacture of culture media and laboratory reagents is presented where the clean rooms were essential after sterilization for processing in aseptic conditions. The clean zone included a preparatory room, four "laboratories" for the processing of the products, an equipment airlock and a staff airlock. A series of decreasing pressures was established in the most sensitive zones towards the less sensitive ones. Air filtration, at the beginning at 85%, increased at 95%, then at 99,99% at the level of each laboratory. The results obtained with the technique used are indicated. J.L.
