THE DIFFERENCES OF EXERGY ANALYSIS BETWEEN GAS LIQUEFACTION AND GAS SEPARATION PLANTS WERE STATED. INSIDE AND OUTSIDE EXERGY LOSSES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE INFLUENCES ON THE EXERGY EFFICIENCY OF THE GAS SEPARATION PLANT WERE EXPLICATED. A COMPLETE EXERGY ANALYSIS FOR A 26,000 NORMAL CUBIC METERS OXYGEN PER HOUR AIR SEPARATION PLANT WAS MADE.
