Summary

THE MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY OF NEW FREEZE-DRIED MEAT PRODUCTS ADDED WITH PROTEINS UNDER INDUSTRIAL CONDITIONS IS DESCRIBED. THE REPLACEMENT OF A PART OF RAW MATERIALS BY PROTEINS INCREASES THEIR NUTRIENT VALUE AND THE STABILITY OF THESE PRODUCTS DURING THEIR STORAGE AND DECREASES THEIR COST PRICE.
