Experimental research on the condensing heat recovery for domestic air conditioning.

Author(s) : WANG W., ZHANG X., YANG P., et al.

Summary

The condensing heat produced by an air-conditioning system can be used to heat domestic hot water. According to the principle of graded use of energy, the recycling air-conditioning system with water and PCM heat storage can combine the respective advantages of the two types of heat storage. Heat absorption and release process of heat storage is tested and indicates that the heat storage effectively recovers part of condensing heat and hot water produced under test conditions can be above 40°C.
