Summary
Rats plasma induced by presensitization with freezing-thawing hepatic tissue, gave following results. 1) When the rats plasma was administered on day 14 before intrasplenic hepatocyte inoculation, the hepatocyte growth was significantly increased on day 7. 2) When rats plasma was added into the medium of primary culture of 2.5 x 100,000 hepatocytes, the reproduced DNA synthesis activity evaluated by H3 thymidine uptake increased significantly.
