SEVERAL MEASUREMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE ON THIS SOLID SAMPLE TO EVALUATE ITS THERMAL CAPACITY. THE PERCENTAGES OF GERMANIUM AND SILICIUM WERE 17 AND 8% RESPECTIVELY AND MEASUREMENTS WERE MADE AT TEMPERATURES BETWEEN 4 AND 35 K.
