Summary

This trilingual yearbook contains all the most updated data and global statistics on: capture production, aquaculture production and commodities. The booklet includes general notes, concepts and classifications, and summary tables as well as a pull-out map of FAO major fishing areas. This volume presents world fishery statistics for recent years ending in 2007. The CD-ROM contains all the information and statistical tables which was traditionally distributed in three separated paper volumes. It consists of the complete yearbook package for each of the categories (capture production, aquaculture production and commodities).
