ANOTHER REASON OF THIS DEVELOPMENT IS FACING THE TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE FIRST PROCESSING OF FOOD RAW MATERIALS AND OF FINISHED PRODUCTS READY TO EAT, SUCH AS THE HAMBURGER WHICH HAS TO BE OF GOOD QUALITY.
