RESULTS OF A SURVEY IN FRANCE IN 1983 IN 180 FREEZER CENTERS, SHOWING THEIR DISTRIBUTION BY CATEGORY OF SURFACE AREA (MAINLY 200 TO 300 M3 ) AND THE NUMBER OF SHOPS CORRESPONDING TO THESE CATEGORIES. THE AVERAGE NUMBER OF FREEZERS PER SALE AREA IS 58 ; THE SHOPS WITH A SURFACE AREA HIGHER THAN 200 M3 HAVE MORE THAN 70.
