Summary
The structure, functioning and possible use of a complete freezing installation are presented. The installation is made up of a containerized fluidized belt freezing tunnel and of a condensing unit with an air-cooled condenser, as a source of cold for the tunnel. The installation was designed and manufactured at the Research and Development Centre of Refrigerating Equipment in Cracow.
