Summary

RECONSTRUCTION OF THE MANDIBLE FOR PATIENTS WITH TUMOURS REQUIRING REMOVAL OF MANDIBULAR BONE HAS BEEN AN IMPORTANT RESEARCH SUBJECT IN THE ORAL AND FACIAL SURGERY FIELD. IN THE LAST 5 YEARS, THE AUTHORS HAVE CLINICALLY USED FROZEN AUTOGENOUS LESIONED MANDIBULAR GRAFTS FOR 31 CASES OF MANDIBULAR BONE DEFECTS, BASED ON THEIR PREVIOUS ANIMAL STUDY OF FROZEN AUTOGENOUS MANDIBLE REIMPLANTATION. THE MAIN RESULTS ARE ANALYSED.
