Summary

The objective of this guide is to provide architects and designers with the knowledge necessary to provide thermal comfort in houses located in humid, tropical climates. Weather statistical data, and data on temperature, sunlight and wind have been collected. The study was on the thermal protection of houses against various heat gains, on the one hand, and on the natural ventilation of internal volumes, on the other hand, by defining a set of aerodynamic concepts developing crossing currents, with a view of mixing cooling.
