Summary
This paper carries out the assessment of H2O/KCOOH as liquid desiccant for sorption technology. Taking into account the experimental dehumidification / regeneration performance and the favourable aspects of low cost, reduced corrosiveness and high environmental compatibility, the solution H2O/KCOOH seems to be very promising as “desiccant of the future”
