Heat-recovery heat pump operating experiences.

Summary

There are many heat-recovery heat pump installations in the United States and Canada, but little documentation exists on operating experiences. ASHRAE RP-656 (CR 1993) has gathered, analysed, and documented information on such systems that should be beneficial to both consulting engineers and engineers in industry. The information covers energy performance, economics of operation, operating difficulties, operator and management reactions, and details on the design of the various heat-recovery heat pumps.
