THE METHOD, DESCRIBED FIRST BY KRUCKELS IN 1969, HAS BEEN EFFECTIVELY APPLIED SINCE THEN. HEAT-TRANSFER COEFFICIENTS HAVE BEEN DETERMINED AT MICRO-ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS, HEAT-EXCHANGER ELEMENTS AND CASING ELEMENTS OF ELECTRIC MOTORS. THE PAPER PRESENTS THE THEORETICAL AND TECHNICAL BASES OF THE METHOD. IT DESCRIBES EXPERIMENTATION METHODS AND THE USE OF SUCH DEVICES AS GAUGES AND A HIGH-RESOLUTION VISUAL-EVALUATION LABOUR-SAFETY REGULATIONS AREREFERRED TO.
