High efficiency cycles for helium cryogenic plants.
Summary
A number of possible improvements in helium liquefaction cycles to increase their efficiency are described. Auxiliary pumps, auxiliary exchangers, expansion valves, expansion turbine intervention, and their layout are discussed.
