Type of article: Article

Summary

A POROUS ALUMINIUM COATED SURFACE OUTSIDE TUBE ENHANCES BOILING HEAT TRANSFER AND A V-TYPE VERTICAL FLUTED SURFACE INSIDE TUBE AUGMENTS CONDENSATION HEAT TRANSFER. THIS KIND OF HIGH HEAT FLUX TUBE HAS A LARGER HEAT FLUX AND HIGHER OVERALL HEAT TRANSFER COEFFICIENT THAN THAT OF A COMMON TUBE WITH 2 SMOOTH SURFACES. IT CAN NOT ONLY BE USED IN AIR SEPARATION PLANT, BUT IT CAN ALSO BE APPLIED TO THE MANUFACTURE OF A HIGHLY EFFICIENT HEAT EXCHANGER WITH 2 ENHANCED SURFACES IN ORDER TO PROVIDE ENERGY SAVING, LOW MATERIAL CONSUMPTION AND COMPACTNESS.
