Summary

Data on geometric parameters influencing heat and aerodynamic characteristics of 11 cut plate-finned surfaces with right-angled ducts in the range of Reynolds numbers from 500 to 10,000 are obtained. Investigated surfaces provide the creation of higher effective one-piece soldering constructions and constructions on the basis of flat oval tubes with double side finning of air condensers in transport refrigeration plants, characterised by degree of finning 14, metal capacity (aluminium alloy) of surface area unit 0.7-0.8 kg/m2, by coefficient of compactness 560-640 m2/m3.
