Summary

CONVECTION HEAT TRANSFER COEFFICIENTS USED IN COMPUTER PROGRAMS FOR THE CALCULATION OF ENERGY CONSUMPTION UNDER NON-STATIONARY CONDITIONS ARE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. IN A CLIMATE ROOM WITH INERTIA, RESPONSE FACTORS WERE MEASURED FOR DIFFERENT AIR TERMINAL SYSTEMS. THESE RESPONSE FACTORS WERE THEREFORE CALCULATED WITH A COMPUTER PROGRAM AND HEAT TRANSFER COEFFICIENTS GIVING BEST AGREEMENT WITH TEST DATA WERE DERIVED.
