Summary
The paper deals with the main challenges with which we are now confronted (global warming, depletion of ocean fish stocks, depletion of forests, pollution, scarcity of drinking water, and so on). The aim is to be able to found a new way of living based on industrial sustainability, included food production. Some recommendations are given for the future, as well as a list of international organisations devoted to these challenges.
