QUESTIONNAIRE SURVEY ON 2,829 CLERKS WORKING IN 19 DIFFERENT OFFICE BUILDINGS. THE ANALYSIS OF THE ANSWERS SHOWS THAT THE FOLLOWING PARAMETERS: SEX, JOB CATEGORY, WORK TO BE DONE AND PSYCHOSOCIAL FACTORS, WHICH LEAD TO DISSATISFACTION AT WORK, ARE RELATED TO THE MUCOSA INFLAMMATION AND TO OTHER SYMPTOMS FELT BY THE EMPLOYEES AT WORK.
