Summary

THE BASES FOR THE PRODUCTION AND STORAGE OF FROZEN MEAT IN THE UKRAINE ARE STUDIED. A METHOD IS PROPOSED FOR THE MECHANIZED HANDLING OF SEMI-CARCASSES. THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MECHANISM FOR PLACING SEMI-CARCASS PACKAGES AND THEIR STACKING ARRANGEMENT IN RAIL AND ROAD VEHICLES IS PRESENTED.
