Summary
The report analyzes periodic inspection data from 96,121 cases in 250 buildings in the Tokyo area. The authors clarify quantitative tendencies and characteristics for reliability and maintainability related to building use, building facilities, age, defective ratio, and unit accessibility. It is shown that these results are very useful in the field of maintenance.
