Summary
Recently, an international cooperative study in the International Energy Agency (IEA) Annex 25 on the energy conservation for the building and community targetted on the building optimisation fault detection and diagnosis. The article reviews the state of the art of these techniques, as well, based on the references and the experience at the IEA study.
